About Us
Our history can be traced back more than five decades. In 1966, John Bannerman Ltd bought Mardling Bishop & Co. and they were located in London's Covent Garden and then it become a Lloyd's Broker.
In 1996, the company relocated to the City of London, close to the Lloyd's building. Rendell & Partners Limited was established in 2004 to specialise in professional indemnity and financial lines. In 2007 John Bannerman Ltd merged with Rendell & Partners and is now situated directly next to London's iconic landmark, The Gherkin.
